Romantic Suspense?

Romance and Mystery/Suspense make a nice couple, don’t they? I mean, romance has always been a mystery to me. And a good suspense thriller is always better with a smidge of romance thrown in, right?

Okay, two more categories to chat about.

Stacy Henrie* Krista Lynne Jensen* Melanie Jacobson Melanie Jacobson Julianne Donaldson*

  1. I have read Twitterpated, Edenbrooke, Banana Split, Code Word, and Deadly Undertakings. I loved them all!
If I had to pick just one…I would choose Edenbrooke…AMAZING BOOK!

  2. In the romance category, I read 4 out of the 5 (I didn’t read Lady Outlaw). I really loved them all. I can’t just choose one. It will be interesting to see who gets the Whitney, even though Melanie has more chances.

  3. I read them all.

Romance: Romance is not my favorite genre, so I went in expecting not to like them. I was wrong. I liked all of them. Of Grace and Chocolate was my favorite, but Edenbrooke was second.

Mystery/Suspense: Liked all of them. A lot. I think Code Word is my fav Abramson book so far, and Deadly Undertakings is my fav Gregg Luke. Line of Fire was my fav Rachel Nunes book up until I read The Change. But as for the category winner, for me, I have to say Tres Leches Cupcakes. I am a huge Sadie fan.

  4. I’ve read all of those ones! Too many favorites in those ones…Edenbrooke, Smart Move, Twitterpated, Tres Leches Cupcakes, Code Word, Line of Fire, Deadly Undertakings… If I were going to just buy one from each category, Romance would probably be Edenbrooke, I love regency, but Twitterpated is a super close second. Out of the Suspense Category Deadly Undertakings, maybe, so suspenseful, like creepy suspenseful!

  5. I’ve read four, all in the romance genre. Of Grace and Chocolate, Smart Move, Twitterpated, and Edenbrooke. I really loved Edenbrooke (the most), followed by Twitterpated! If I had to pick just one, I would pick Edenbrooke!!

  6. Ok, I’ve read 3 of them. I LOVED Banana Split! If I had to pick one it would have to be Code Word by Traci Hunter Abramson, because I have all of her other books and LOVE them! Although I hear Edenbrooke is absolutely fantastic!
